"Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong." - 1 Corinthians 16:13 (ESV)

What did Paul mean when he called the Corinthian men to “act like men”? And even more importantly, (since this verse is in the Bible) what does God intend for men to do in response to this call? The world has a definition of what it means to be a man… but God’s definition is better. After all, God created us on purpose and for His purpose. So what is that purpose and what does it look like to “act like men” in the home, at work, and at church, in the ways God intended? On Saturday, September 26, from 8-2:30 pm, Wildwood is hosting a Men’s Summit, where we’ll journey through the Scriptures together with a half-day of teaching, worship, and fellowship.
