Children, youth, and their families matter greatly to us at Wildwood. Our children’s ministry, WildKids, exists to partner with parents and volunteers in helping children develop a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We have the privileged opportunity to care for, teach, and encourage the 200+ children of Wildwood Community Church. It is our desire to provide the best possible environment and the highest quality of trained volunteers, so that kids experience tons of love and FUN! We believe that by caring for and investing spiritually in our young children we are impacting their lives at the highest level.

Early Childhood

In the preschool area, we will provide a secure and clean environment where the youngest children will have a fun time learning about God’s love and creation.  We believe that preschoolers learn best when they are active.  So, our volunteers will sing, do simple crafts, and teach simple biblical concepts to these children.  Our desire is to help parents build a foundation of faith in their kids.

Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Our goal is to provide kids with a weekly experience that is fun, interactive, and spiritually educational.  It is an interactive time of high energy singing, praying, relating, playing, and learning.  When kids can get their bodies moving, they can learn at a phenomenal rate.      In the end we want it to be the best 60 minutes of their day! …………………………………………………………………………………

AWANA (ages 3 to 5th Grade)

Wildwood has partnered with Awana to help parents develop spiritually strong children who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our Awana program offers a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community. Our Goal is to reach kids and families with the Gospel, disciple children to follow Christ, & equip parents to train and equip their children.  To find out more about our AWANA ministry be sure and click HERE
